Method of preparation:
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
In another bowl, mix egg yolks with cheese without over-beating.
Then mix yolks and cheese with egg whites
Place parchment paper on a tray and add a little olive oil.
Spoon in the dough pieces.
Sprinkle sesame, chia and oregano seeds on top.
Bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
